The amount of kefir that is drunk per day is no more than one and a half liters. The fat content of kefir is no more than 1%. The best choice would be to make a specific group of foods each day. Salt, oil, fatty meat, bananas, grapes, alcohol, flour and baked goods, sugar, milk are strictly prohibited. Remember to drink water between meals.
